  • A 20% non‑refundable retainer is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event.

  • Absolutely! We frequently serve schools, nonprofits, and corporate teams. If your organization is tax‑exempt, simply provide a Minnesota ST3 form and we’ll remove sales tax from your invoice.

  • Yes — you’ll receive a full digital gallery within 48 hours.

  • Yes — all full‑service booths include a professional on‑site attendant. Our Pop‑Up iPad Booth is the only unattended option.

  • We arrive 60–90 minutes before your rental time to set up the booth, lighting, backdrop, and props. Setup and teardown are always included.

  • Yes — as long as the booth is fully covered and protected from weather. Outdoor events may require additional lighting or accommodations.
